Portfolio and screenshots are displayed for demonstration of work and capabilities. Third-party marks and names belong to their respective owners.

If you contact us, you agree that we may use your information to respond and follow up.

You are responsible for the information you share in your message.

Any quoted price/time is indicative until written confirmation.

Projects typically require 50% upfront payment upon scope confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A project is considered confirmed once scope, cost, and timeline are agreed through a verifiable channel (email/message/contract).

We may modify, pause, or update the Site without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability (maintenance or external causes).

To the extent permitted by law, Andova is not liable for indirect damages from Site use (interruptions, data loss, etc.).

No specific business outcomes are guaranteed (for example, SEO rankings) without formal agreement.

The Site may link to social media or external websites. We do not control their content or policies.

We may update these Terms. The current version is published with its date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Querétaro, México.
